Overview
ROTO GRIND GRAIN GRINDERS are now available with Hydraulic drive self loading augers.
Adjust for how fine you want your grind, without sacrificing capacity. Tests show higher milk production when feeding fine ground corn over cracked or rolled corn. High Capacity – over 60 tons per hour. You can grind any grains either dry or high moisture. Two Models to choose from. Much lower cost and upkeep than roller mills and conventional hammer mills.
7″ or 10″ GRAIN GRINDERS with 10″ Hydraulic driven Auger Attachment.

Roto Grind Grain Grinders are very high capacity grain processors. You can easily control the consistency and size of the grind without sacrificing capacity. University tests show increased milk production when finely ground corn is used in their feed ration over rolled corn. (Gains of 4 to 8 pounds per cow per day). Nutritionists are advising all Dairy and Beef producers to utilize the extra benefits of feeding ground corn.

Size of grind is easily adjustable. You can set the machine from a course grind where the grain is just cracked, to a fine grind (almost flour).

Roto Grind has two models to choose from: The Model GG7 for 20 to 40 tons per hour. The Model GG10 for 35 to over 60 tons per hour. You can choose the 3 Point model or the Self Loading Hydraulic Auger model.

All Roto Grind Grain Grinders have an optional water valve that allows the operator to add water as the grain is being ground. This allows you to keep your moisture content at the most desirable levels and controls dust when grinding dry grains. You can grind any type of small grains, either dry or high moisture, for much less money than a roller mill or conventional style hammer mill.
