Vibrator frame and tension springs mounted in rubber blocks.

Screen hinge pins mounted in rubber blocks (use of isolating rubber mounts reduces vibration loss through main frame keeping as much vibration on the screen area as possible)

Tension springs have six adjustments to set angle of screen and tension on the screen assembly.

Screen with ¾” openings has two centre flat bar hold-downs and two angle iron hold-downs on each side to prevent run-off.
Screenings drop into ample holding area approximately 9 feet wide x 4 feet high for easy access with buckets up to 8 feet wide.
